Structured Circle Fabric Necklace

This was my first attempt at a flowery necklace....turned out OK. Here is what I did:
1. Cut out multiple size circles out of a thin cotton and organza. Layer and fold to create flower, tack with needle and thread.
2. Arrange flowers on a piece of felt. Tack with needle and thread. Trim felt around edges of flowers so it can't be seen.
3. I wanted to use ribbon for the tie, but I didn't have any in a matching color so I hemmed a thin piece of fabric.
